A Saucy Post

I’m not ashamed to admit when I’m wrong (what with regretting most of my choices in life, it would be too much work to be ashamed of it all), so I will now confess that I was wrong when I said I don’t like sauces.

Wait, let me check the search function on this website for a second… Oh. Hmmm.

Okay, here’s some context: When I was younger, I declared that I disliked sauces. Apparently I never cared about it strongly enough to mention it here on my precious Book of PDR, but it is something I mentioned to people in person often enough that it caused discussion. I’d have friends try to convince me I’m mistaken, I don’t dislike sauces, and they’d offer their examples. But “No,” I’d say. “That’s really more of a condiment!” or “That’s a dip, actually.” I always had some way to still claim I disliked sauce in general while still regularly eating it.

But I’m a grownup now. I realize I was just being a stubborn fool. What I actually dislike is salad dressing. That stuff is garbage. I stand by that.
