Cheese and Garlic Biscuits


2 Cups of Flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 Tablespoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 Cup diced mozzarella
1 Cup water

You’re also going to want:

A big thing to mix them all in.


Preheat the oven to 450.

Put all the dry ingredients together in the mixing bowl and stir them up. Add the garlic last and then stir that in too. Finally, add the water so it becomes a dough.

Knead that garlicky dough for a minute and get it into a thing about an inch thick. Cut it into twelve or so chunks and put those on the cooking sheet.

Put them in that oven you got and keep them in there for 16 to 18 minutes.
