1 & 1/2 Cups of Cream Cheese
1 Cup Diced Spinach
1 Cup Shredded Mozarella
1/2 Cup Diced Onion
1/2 Cup Diced Cucumber
2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Garlic
Some Salt, I Guess
(And listen, a lot of this stuff can be easily substituted with other stuff. This is just what I had at hand when I invented this recipe.)
An oven-surviveable dish to hold it all.
Preheat the oven to 450, preferably because you’re making some PDR Brand Cheese and Garlic Biscuits already.
Put all the stuff into the dish that it’s going in, but probably keep some of the mozarella separate. Stir it all up, except that extra mozza. When it’s all stirred, put that mozza on top. Stick it in the oven (probably alongside the PDR Brand Cheese and Garlic Biscuits). When the cheeze on top is all melted and starting to turn brown, that means probably this dip is done.
